Regarding Stock
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you individually to change or cancel your order. Additionally, in case of malfunction due to heavy traffic on the FUMITO GANRYU ONLINE STORE, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we cannot accept any opinions regarding stock and malfunctions during high traffic times.
Order Contract Application
After you place an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation Email" from us detailing the order.
At this stage, it is only an application for a purchase contract, not a confirmation of the order.
Order Confirmation and Contract Completion
After confirming the stock availability of your order, we will ship the item to the registered address and send you a "Shipping Completion Email".
We cannot accept changes to the delivery address after the order application. The order contract will be confirmed, and the purchase contract with us will be established, along with the payment being processed, once the "Shipping Completion Email" is sent to you.
Note that the "Shipping Completion Email" includes a tracking number and differs from the initial "Order Confirmation Email".
Steps After Order Completion
After completing your order, you will receive the following emails:
  1. "Order Confirmation" Email
    Please check this email for any errors in your order details. We share stock with physical stores, so we will confirm stock availability at this stage.
    Note that your order is not yet confirmed.
  2. "Shipping Completion" Email
    This email will inform you that your order has been prepared and shipped (including the tracking number). Your order is confirmed upon receiving this email.
  3. Other Emails
    Order Inquiry Email: If there are any inquiries regarding your order, we may send you an email. For example, if there are issues with your address or if an alternative product is proposed because your ordered item is unavailable. If you do not receive emails from us, please check if our emails are blocked or filtered as spam, and ensure your registered email address is correct. Please unblock the domain "fumitoganryu.jp" in advance.
Payment Method
Credit Card Payment: Real-time online payment. Only "one-time payment" is available. Acceptable cards are VISA, MASTER, JCB, and American Express.
Paypal Express Checkout: Payment using your Paypal account.
Apple Pay: Payment using your Apple account.
If there is suspicion of fraudulent use, your order may be canceled and refunded without prior notice.
Shipping

Shipping fees will be added to the displayed total amount.
We will ship your order within 7 business days after the "Order Confirmation Email" is sent.
For convenience store payments, we will ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery may be delayed during peak periods.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept cancellations for customer reasons (wrong order, size not fitting, different from the image) after the order is placed.
Please check the condition of the item and if it matches your order immediately upon receipt.
Note that there may be slight measurement errors (1-2cm) for certain items (knitwear or stretchy materials), and damage to shoe boxes is not a valid reason for return.
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or defective items upon arrival or wrong delivery.
In such cases, please notify us via email and return the item within 7 days.
If no exchange is possible due to lack of stock, we will proceed with a refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason if the item is returned after 7 days.

The following conditions must be met for returns or exchanges:
  • The item must be unused (tags must be attached).
  • Return the item with all accessories, invoices, and original packaging.
  • Other conditions specified by us.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
  • Items that have been used even once.
  • Items damaged or soiled due to customer negligence.
  • Items processed, repaired, or cleaned by the customer.
  • Items with damaged, lost, or discarded packaging.
  • Due to the nature of viewing products on a computer or mobile device, the actual color may differ slightly. We do not consider color differences as our fault.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
For initial defects or wrong items:
  • If the item received differs from the order details
  • If the item received is defective (damaged, scratched, dirty)
  • We will bear all return/exchange shipping costs. If no exchange stock is available, we will proceed with a refund.
Refunds
